NEP 2020 asks us to shift focus from teaching to learning.
21st Century Skills
should be a natural outcome of education. Teachers learn, then model
peer-learning for the children.
Research shows peer-led, active classrooms lead to better results,
better retention, and better behaviour.
Most importantly, we need classrooms where children feel seen, heard, and
valued.

PATH movement was launched in September 2025. The ALfA pedagogy that underpins it, is being implemented in 10,000+ government, budget-private and private schools in India and across 8 countries. ALfA was developed after two decades of reasearch.
